Who delivers?
Currently 95% of standard packages are delivered by DPD UK or the Post Office (small spares). Large & Fragile items (eg sanitaryware) are delivered using our own transport or a specialist carrier
Tracking
DPD orders can be tracked using your ORDER NUMBER and POST CODE www.dpd.co.uk/tracking/tracking.do you need to click on 'show advanced' then enter Order Number as SENDERS REFERENCE and Post Code as DELIVERY POST CODE.
Orders for bulky or fragile goods are delivered using specialist carriers and cannot be tracked online.
What charges?
England and Wales
(includes Isle of Wight except for large items)
- FREE for orders above £200
- £6.85 for packages below £200
- £4.50 for small spares
- optional Saturday delivery £25
- Any large or fragile item £39.50 per order, date/time agreed with you in advance (eg baths, bathroom suites, shower trays, bathroom furniture & enclosures, etc....)
Scotland & Northern Ireland
- all packages £11.65
- £4.50 for small spares
- bulky or fragile goods by special arrangement only
Jersey & Guernsey
- Small spares £4.50
- light packages (eg Taps & showers) £19
- Pumps & other heavy £22
- bulky or fragile goods by special arrangement only
Republic of Ireland
- Small items (eg Taps) £16
- Complete Showers £21
- Pumps & other items £24
- bulky or fragile goods by special arrangement only
Australia & New Zealand
- individual shipping charges agreed based upon weight
- all items sent air mail service or with UPS courier

How Long?
We expect to ship goods on the working day after the order is placed. Normal DPD package service to most mainland UK post codes is 24 hours from time of collection at our depot (some remote areas are on 48 hour service). All Post Office items are sent first class (24 to 48 hours).
With large and fragile items the delivery day is agreed individually for each order.
In Stock?
If an item is out of stock we will contact you immediately with expected availability and to confirm that you are prepared to wait. We aim to have full stock for most manufacturers including Grohe, Aqualisa, Salamander, Stuart Turner, Mira, Trevi, Ideal Standard, Vectaire, Shades & Saniflo. Exceptions are:
- Hansgrohe only popular items are held as stock, allow up to 8 working days for non-stock items.
- Vogue have an exceptionally large range of towel warmers, we stock popular models, uncommon items are often shipped direct from the manufacturer. Exotic styles items are made to order and in exceptional circumstances can take between 2 & 4 weeks.
- Barber Wilson we keep stock of popular items in chrome finish. Other items are obtained direct from the manufacturer and can take between 6 & 8 weeks as they are made to order.
NOTE
1. Fragile & Bulky items are delivered by specialist carrier (eg bathroom suites, bathroom furniture, shower enclosures, etc.....) . We will contact you to fix a convenient time.
