- Note 022804 manual blue cartridge now discontinued, use a thermostatic cartridge instead, 022801 (grey ring) or 022803 (green ring)for high pressure
- Remove On/off control (pulls off) and Temperature control (four screws) to see colour of cartridge ring.
- 022801 grey cartridge is used for Gravity fed systems, 022803 green high pressure cartridge for combi boiler, pumped or unvented hot water systems.
- The Hydramax concealed valve is in reality a clone of the Aqualisa Aquavalve 609, Aqualisa COLT and Gainsborugh Ambassador models
- On/off control discontinued no known alternativei
