All Aqualisa shower spares and parts come with a 2 year Aqualisa guarantee. Because Aqualisa thermostatic cartridges rely upon bi-metallic technology they will usually give extremely reliable service for 5 years or more, eventually they will suffer from metal fatigue and the only cure is replacement. Luckily many Aqualisa spare parts are still available over 30 years since the original shower models were manufactured.

Aqualisa also produce showers sold under the Hydramax and Gainsborough brands, we supply spares for all Hydramax showers and some Gainsborough models, the manufacturer has their own Gainsborough showers web site where spares can be purchased on line (at full price).

We hold large stocks of all popular Aqualisa shower spares most of which can be shipped same day for next weekday delivery. Since many of the parts involved are small and of low value they can be best delivered by the post office since they will fit through a letter box and avoid the need for the customer to sign. Similarly for Friday shipments it is often preferable to choose the Post Office giving the realistic prospect of a Saturday delivery in many areas.
